tatyana aliTatyana Marisol Ali (born January 24 1979) is an American performer and actress who is known for her role as Ashley Banks on the NBC sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel Air from 1990 to 1996. Tyana Jones was her TV One series Love That Girl! role and she was also featured in the recurring role of Roxanne on the CBS soap opera The Young and the Restless. In 1985, 6-year-old Ali began her acting career as a regular performer on the PBS children's educational program Sesame Street. The show also featured an appearance on the show with jazz great Herbie Hancock who demonstrated his Fairlight CMI synthesizer with a sample of Ali's vocal.
